I am writing to request to reinstate Mandatory Emergency Medicine Departments in Medical Colleges. May Grandfather first five years of new medical colleges.

The current statistics indicate that only 3% of emergency medicine technicians in India has qualified BSE Emergency medicine techinitian, as reported by consultants to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHF). This underscores a critical need for training programs, which can be effectively established through dedicated Emergency Medicine departments in medical colleges.
